   • French Polish or Gel Nail Polish on Natural Nails: We offer a 3-day guarantee. Should you experience any issues within this period, please contact us for a complimentary touch-up.

   • Acrylic Nails: We take responsibility for any nail loss or lifting that occurs within 3 days of application. Please reach out to schedule a repair.

2. Accidental Damage: We are not liable for any breakages or damages resulting from accidents post-service.

3. Refill Appointments:

   • Refills scheduled beyond 2 weeks from the initial service may incur additional charges due to the extra work required.

4. Change of Nail Polish:

   • Please choose your nail polish color carefully. Any changes requested after the service has commenced will result in additional fees.

5. Refund Policy:

   • All services are non-refundable. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're dissatisfied, please inform us immediately, and we'll strive to address your concerns.
